Freight (Postage) and Customs requirements

• All freight (postage) costs incurred are charged to the customer at cost. Unless otherwise requested freight (postage) is provided by Australia Post
• For delivery between Australian capital cities allow up to three business days from the date of despatch. For other Australian locations allow up to five business days.
• Delivery times outside Australia vary greatly depending on factors such as destination and time of year. Delivery can take several weeks.
• A general indication of likely freight (postage) charges is provided, and if requested a firm freight (postage) price can be given prior to an order being finalised
• The purchaser is responsible for any customs duty, fee, local tax, or the like imposed on delivery of goods to the address specified by the customer
• Ben's Black Labrador Shop will fill out customs forms recommended by our shipper.

• If you wish to cancel a transaction, email Labshop Help quickly. If we become aware of your cancellation before we charge your credit card and despatch your goods you will incur no cost.
• If you believe we have made an error billing your credit card please contact Labshop Help with details of the transaction. If we agree an error has occurred, a refund of the appropriate amount will be promptly made to your card.
