Ben's Virtual Greeting Cards

Ben aims to run a safe card service. He respects your privacy, and stores your greeting cards in a non-indexed directory, so only the sender, the recipient and Ben know where to find the card. You can send your card knowing that it is most unlikely any spammer will get your email address.

Ben hopes you will enjoy sending his greeting cards to your Internet friends.

After you have completed the card, you will be shown a preview. If you do not like your card, you may edit it and then send it, or just cancel the request. The recipient will receive an e-mail advising where to find the card.

To send a virtual greeting card, follow the easy steps below.

STEP #1: PICK A PICTURE
Please select a picture from the list below using the little Radio Button selector in the gold strip. You may only pick one picture per card. If you want to see a full size image of a picture, just click on it. You might want to do that before filling in any information on this page, just so you do not risk losing your work after returning from viewing the image.

Ben visits the tropics
This is probably our favourite photograph of Ben. He sits in the grass, awaiting the next command from Doug.
Ben and Kimmy go mountaineering
When Ben is not hard at work competing in or training for Retrieving Trials he and Kimmy enjoy other outdoor sports such as swimming, fishing and mountaineering. The adventureous pair are pictured here on a recent mountaineering expedition.
Ben takes a swim
Ben's strength in the water has served him well in Retrieving Trials. Here he is making his way through the water during a training session.
Ben up close
Have you ever noticed how hard it is to get detail up close when photographing a black Labrador? We think this photograph shows Ben's face with good detail.
Ben guards the car
Ben is quite attached to Doug's car and in many ways treats it as a home away from home. In this photograph he is pictured on the front of the car protecting it from passing car thieves.
Ben delivers the news
Each weekday morning Ben is goes out to retrieve the daily newspapers.
Ben gently holds a rabbit skin dummy
Ben is pleased to be able to assist Doug by holding a rabbit skin dummy for him. Any time Doug wants a dummy held Ben is only too pleased to be the first volunteer.
Look Doug, a kangaroo leg
One of the hazards of having a retrieving dog is that they tend to bring things back to you. Here Ben is delivering a kangaroo leg he found in the bush. I think Doug has other plans for lunch.
